Getting the app

The app is on the App Store for iPhone, in the Saudi store: ACTAS on the App Store.

Getting in

You cannot create an account in the app. Your employer sets up ACTAS at portal.actas.app and invites you with your work email. Accept the invitation, choose a password, then sign in to the app with the same email and password. After the first sign-in, Face ID or Touch ID unlocks the app.

What it does

• Shows today: your check-in, your check-out, and where the day stands.
• Records a check-in or a check-out with one tap.
• If your company requires attendance at an office, confirms your location at the moment you tap, and only then. See Privacy for exactly what is collected.

Help

• Cannot sign in. Ask your company's administrator to check that your invitation was accepted and your access is active. Use "Forgot password" on the portal sign-in page to reset your password.
• "Location access is needed". Your company's policy requires an office check-in. Open Settings on your phone, find ACTAS, and allow Location "While Using the App".
• Anything else. Write to hello@actas.app with your company name. We answer within one working day.
